歡迎使用 Ju Smile App！我們非常重視您的隱私權。本隱私權政策說明我們如何處理您在使用 App 時產生的資料。

2. 資料蒐集

Ju Smile App 會在您的裝置本地儲存以下資料：

飲食紀錄：食物名稱、份量、營養資訊（熱量、蛋白質、碳水化合物、脂肪）
身體數據：體重、體脂率、骨骼肌率
運動紀錄：運動類型、時長、消耗熱量
個人設定：目標熱量、蛋白質需求、偏好設定
照片：您選擇上傳用於 AI 辨識的食物照片（僅暫時處理，不會永久儲存）

3. 資料儲存方式

我們採用以下方式保護您的資料：

本地儲存：所有資料使用 localStorage 儲存在您的裝置本地，不會上傳到任何伺服器
完全控制權：您的資料完全由您掌控，我們無法存取
不收集個人識別資訊：我們不會要求或儲存您的姓名、Email、電話號碼等個人資訊
資料備份：您可以使用 App 內建的「匯出」功能手動備份資料到 Google Drive

4. 第三方服務

Ju Smile App 使用以下第三方服務提供功能：

Google Gemini Vision API：用於 AI 食物辨識功能
- 您拍攝的照片會傳送到 Google 進行分析
- 分析完成後，照片不會被 Google 永久保留
- 請參考 Google 隱私權政策
Open Food Facts API：用於條碼掃描查詢食品資訊
- 僅傳送條碼編號進行查詢
- 不會傳送任何個人資料

5. 資料使用目的

我們蒐集的資料僅用於以下目的：

提供飲食與營養追蹤功能
計算每日熱量與營養攝取
產生統計圖表與趨勢分析
改善 App 使用體驗

6. 資料分享

我們不會將您的資料分享、出售或出租給任何第三方。由於所有資料都儲存在您的裝置本地，我們根本無法存取您的資料。

7. 資料刪除

您可以隨時刪除您的資料：

在 App 內刪除個別紀錄
在「設定」頁面清除所有資料
移除 App 以徹底清除所有資料

8. 未來版本計畫

目前版本（v1.0）採用本地儲存方式。我們計畫根據使用者回饋，在未來版本中加入選擇性的雲端同步功能。屆時我們將更新本隱私權政策，並在 App 內通知您。

9. 兒童隱私

Ju Smile App 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計。我們不會故意蒐集兒童的個人資料。

1. Introduction

Welcome to Ju Smile App! We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data generated when you use our App.

2. Data Collection

Ju Smile App stores the following data locally on your device:

Food Records: Food names, portions, nutritional information (calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat)
Body Metrics: Weight, body fat percentage, skeletal muscle rate
Exercise Records: Exercise type, duration, calories burned
Personal Settings: Target calories, protein requirements, preferences
Photos: Food photos you choose to upload for AI recognition (processed temporarily, not stored permanently)

3. Data Storage

We protect your data in the following ways:

Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device using localStorage and is never uploaded to any server
Full Control: Your data is entirely under your control; we cannot access it
No Personal Identification: We do not request or store personal information such as name, email, or phone number
Data Backup: You can manually backup your data to Google Drive using the built-in "Export" feature

4. Third-Party Services

Ju Smile App uses the following third-party services:

Google Gemini Vision API: For AI food recognition
- Photos you capture are sent to Google for analysis
- Photos are not permanently retained after analysis

Open Food Facts API: For barcode scanning and food information lookup
- Only barcode numbers are sent for queries
- No personal data is transmitted

5. Data Usage

We collect data solely for the following purposes:

Providing food and nutrition tracking features
Calculating daily calorie and nutrient intake
Generating statistics and trend analysis
Improving App user experience

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot access your data at all.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

Delete individual records within the App
Clear all data in the Settings page
Uninstall the App to completely remove all data

8. Future Version Plans

The current version (v1.0) uses local storage. We plan to add optional cloud sync features in future versions based on user feedback. We will update this Privacy Policy and notify you within the App when that happens.

9. Children's Privacy

Ju Smile App is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. We recommend checking this page regularly for the latest information.
